After this, all orders are then shipped via 24 hour signed for delivery.
You should expect your artwork to be delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering.You should expect your LED neon sign to be delivered within 7-10 working days of ordering.

DAMAGES

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we will ask for photos demonstrating this. Where you can, please sign for the delivery as damaged. If you would like a full refund, we ask that you return the damaged item. This will be at no cost to you. Alternatively we will of course have another sent out to replace it free of charge. The choice is yours.
