Why haven't you shipped yet? How do I track delivery?
We ship almost all pieces within 2-4 working days. Once shipped, we will update your order with the delivery tracking number. You will receive an email notifying you of this with a link to track your order. Alternatively you can login if you have created an account with us, and see order information there.
How long does delivery take?
We run a print on demand service and so it takes time for us to have your product printed and sent out for you. We do ship with next day delivery to keep overall delivery times down. Artwork is usually dispatched within 2-4working days.. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us ASAP so that we can see where the hold up is and rectify and issues.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept international orders at this time. We are working with our partners and connections to expand in the near future ensuring international deliveries will be timely, affordable and most importantly reliable.
I don't want to wait until payday! Is there anything I can do?
We work with Klarna to provide you with some extra options when you purchase any pieces from us. Through Klarna we offer two types of payment plan:
Buy now, pay in 30 days
With this options you can get your item now and pay anytime up to 30 days after. No hidden fees, no interest.
Interest free instalment plan
This option lets you pay in 3 equal amounts over 60 days. This option is also interest free with no extra fees!

What thickness is the artwork available in?
All of our Foamex artwork is printed onto 5mm Foamex Board.
All of our canvas artwork is printed and mounted with a depth of 38mm.
All of our dibond aluminium artwork is 3mm thick.
What if I don't like the artwork?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 21 days, and we will gladly refund you.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?
In this case we will ask for photos demonstrating the damage. Where you can, please sign for the delivery as damaged. If you would like a full refund, we ask that you return the damaged item, or we will of course have another sent out to replace it free of charge. The choice is yours.
